usage method:
(1) There is a magnetic control rod (magnetic control switch) on the magnetic box. Put the magnetic box on the platform, press the switch, the magnetic box firmly absorbs the platform and is in the working state; When lever is used to pry the switch, the suction between the magnetic box and the platform is greatly reduced, and the magnetic box is closed, so the magnetic box can be moved.
(2) The thicker the platform is, the smoother the surface is, and the greater the suction is. The lateral shear force is related to the suction of the magnetic box and the friction coefficient of the contact surface.
(3) There are two fixing screws at both ends of the magnetic box, which can be connected with different fixtures to fix side molds of different shapes and structures, such as angle steel, channel steel side molds, etc.
(4) The Haocheng magnetic box uses permanent strong magnetic force. In theory, the magnetic force can be maintained permanently under the premise of not exceeding the working temperature and not damaging the corroded magnet itself.
(5) The environmental conditions for the use of Yali magnetic box: 1. The ambient temperature is not more than 80 ℃; 2. The surrounding medium has no corrosive agent to corrode the metal.
Maintenance and safety instructions:
(1) During the use of the magnetic box, it is necessary to prevent the deformation of the magnetic box caused by knocking and bumping with hard tools, or even damaging the magnet, so as not to affect the use performance. If you must use tools, it is recommended to use a rubber hammer to tap gently.
(2) The magnetic box platform should be kept clean and flat to prevent iron filings or concrete slurry from entering the magnetic box, which will affect the flexibility of the switch. At the same time, it may cause the magnetic block to tilt, which can not fit the platform flat, and even reduce the working suction.
(3) The magnetic force on the holding surface of the magnetic box is very strong, so it should be avoided to be close to precision instruments, electronic instruments and other devices easily affected by the magnetic force. At the same time, it should not be close to other iron materials. Once it is absorbed, it is difficult to separate. It is suggested to make a special tool box to place the magnetic box and other magnetic fixators.
(4) Should always keep the magnetic box holding surface clean and flat, long time no use, holding surface should be oiled rust. It is necessary to check whether the magnetic block can fit the platform smoothly and whether the switch is flexible without affecting the normal use.
